This website is operated by I’ll Have You In Stitches L.L.C. (“the practice”) and provides general information about its services. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Information on this website is general. It isn’t a diagnosis, individualized medical advice, or a guarantee of treatment. Using this website or sending a message doesn’t by itself create a physician–patient relationship.

This service is not a substitute for emergency medical care. For severe bleeding, major trauma, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or other potentially life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or seek emergency department care immediately.

No guarantee of service or timing

Visits depend on physician availability, location, clinical appropriateness, and safety. The practice may decline or reschedule a visit, and doesn’t guarantee that any particular wound can be treated at home, or any specific response or arrival time. Dr. Gildin may recommend emergency department care at any point, including during a visit.

Direct-pay service and fees

This is a direct-pay medical service, and insurance is not billed. Fees on this website are typical estimates. Your final fee depends on clinical complexity, location, time, and the treatment required, and is discussed with you before treatment. No final procedure charge is collected before evaluation. Any card-processing surcharge is disclosed before payment, in line with applicable law and processor rules.

Reservation & evaluation fee

A reservation and evaluation fee, typically $100, is collected after a visit is accepted and before the physician travels.

Cancellation & Reservation Policy

A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure an appointment with I’ll Have You in Stitches LLC.

This fee reserves the physician’s time and availability and is separate from the cost of medical services provided. It is not credited toward the final visit charge.

Patients who need to cancel or reschedule are encouraged to notify us as early as possible. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and may require a new reservation fee.

If the physician must cancel an appointment, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.

Minors

Patients under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire visit.

Photographs

Wound photographs are taken or requested only for clinical care with appropriate authorization. Use for any other purpose requires separate written authorization.

Website content

The name, logo, and content of this website belong to the practice and may not be reused without permission. The website is provided “as is,” and to the extent permitted by law the practice isn’t liable for any reliance on its general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
