When you contact the practice

Tapping “Text” or “Call” opens your phone’s messaging or phone app. Messages and calls to (201) 877-5472 are handled through the practice’s secure patient communication platform. Intake forms are completed on a separate secure intake platform, and payments are processed by Zelle, Venmo, or Square under their own terms and privacy policies.

Please don’t send medical details or wound photos by email. If a photo is needed, text it to (201) 877-5472, the practice’s HIPAA-compliant secure line.

Photography

Wound photos are used only for clinical care, and only with appropriate authorization. Any use of photos for education or marketing requires your separate, specific written authorization.

Children

This website isn’t directed to children and collects no information from anyone. Care for patients under 18 requires a parent or legal guardian’s consent, and a parent or legal guardian must be present for the visit.
