Transparent, direct-pay pricing.
No insurance billing. Your final fee depends on clinical complexity, location, time, and the treatment required, and it’s confirmed with you before treatment begins.

Reservation & evaluation fee
$100Collected once Dr. Gildin accepts your visit, before he travels. Non-refundable. The fees listed above already include it (for example, staples: $100 reservation + $400 = $500). See policy.
How you pay
Zelle (preferred), Venmo, or credit/debit card through Square. Payment instructions are sent after the doctor accepts your visit, and you receive an itemized invoice for the exact amount after your visit. Any card-processing surcharge is disclosed before you pay. No final procedure charge is collected before you are evaluated.
Billing
How billing works
- Before travel. Once Dr. Gildin accepts your visit, you’ll receive payment instructions for the reservation and evaluation fee.
- At the visit. Dr. Gildin evaluates the wound and discusses treatment options and the fee with you before treating it.
- After the visit. You receive an itemized final payment request.
- No surprises. No final procedure charge is collected before you’re evaluated. Any card-processing surcharge is disclosed before you pay.
Insurance
This is a direct-pay medical service, and insurance is not billed. You’ll receive an itemized statement. Whether your plan reimburses any part of it is between you and your insurer.
Cancellation & Reservation Policy
A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure an appointment with I’ll Have You in Stitches LLC.
This fee reserves the physician’s time and availability and is separate from the cost of medical services provided. It is not credited toward the final visit charge.
Patients who need to cancel or reschedule are encouraged to notify us as early as possible. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and may require a new reservation fee.
If the physician must cancel an appointment, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.
